Steve Vai and Joe Satriani have played together countless times in their lives - from when they were teens (and Joe was Steve’s guitar teacher) to today, when they frequently perform together onstage.
This video offers a rare look at the two virtuosos jamming together in the studio and telling stories.
The undated clip shows them in Vai’s Harmony Hut studio, and it offers an intimate look at how they share ideas and work back and forth in the process of creating music.
