SolidGoldFX Unveils New Imperial MKII Fuzz Pedal
The slider-equipped pedal is a recreation of the rare JEN Jumbo Fuzz.
SolidGold FX has unveiled its new Imperial MKII fuzz pedal.
Based on the rare JEN Jumbo Fuzz (which was itself based on the iconic Electro-Harmonix Big Muff Pi) this gated fuzz pedal features Volume, Tone, Fuzz, and Contour – which, by changing the high pass filter frequency, adjusts the midrange – controls.
A true bypass footswitch and two LEDs – one indicating gate status and the other indicating bypass status – also feature at the front of the pedal.
Notably, the Imperial MKII opts for sliders rather than knobs, for a unique and retro visual touch.
The SolidGold FX Imperial MKII fuzz pedal is available now for $199.
