MXR, Eric Gales Team Up for Raw Dawg Overdrive Pedal
Based on a classic 'drive unit, this pedal aims for both a balanced midrange and sweet-but-sizzling high-gain tones.

MXR and blues guitar great Eric Gales have teamed up to create the Raw Dawg overdrive pedal.
Graced with the same name as Gales' signature DV Mark amplifier range, the Raw Dawg pedal features output, tone, and drive knobs, and a custom circuit that's been fitted onto a mini-chassis.
Though info on the pedal is still scarce, we can report that the pedal is based on a classic 'drive unit, and aims for both a balanced midrange and sweet-but-sizzling high-gain tones, just like those produced by Gales himself.
The MXR Eric Gales Raw Dawg signature overdrive pedal is available now for $119.
