LunaStone Unveils New Deep Metal Distortion Pedal
Boasting a unique diagonal three-knob control layout, the Deep Metal is said to offer a fast-responding mid-range and a walloping low-end.
Danish company LunaStone has unveiled its new Deep Metal distortion pedal.
The all-analog stompbox features a simple but unique three-knob control layout. Its Tone, Volume, and Gain knobs are laid out in a diagonal line for quicker mid-song adjustments.
The design – which allows players to tweak the Gain and Volume with their feet – can also be seen on LunaStone's Dynamic Delay and Blue Drive pedals.
Tonally, the pedal offers the sort of big, scooped, metal-flavored distortion sounds conjured by its name, with a fast-responding mid-range and a walloping low-end. The company also says the pedal can make even the dodgiest of pickups sound better.
The LunaStone Deep Metal distortion pedal is available now for $159.
