Gibson Unveils New Modern Collection Les Paul Special Tribute
This mahogany-bodied LP rings up at $999.

Gibson has unveiled its new Modern Collection Les Paul Special Tribute guitar.
The guitar features a mahogany body with a rounded profile maple neck and true rosewood fingerboard. Vintage deluxe white button tuners and a compensated wraparound tailpiece complete the guitar's classic look.
In the sonic department, buyers are offered a choice between dual P-90s or 490R and 490T open-coil humbucking pickups. Either way, these are controlled by two volume and two tone knobs, plus a toggle switch.
The Gibson Modern Collection Les Paul Special Tribute is available now - in Worn White, Vintage Cherry, Ebony and Natural Walnut satin finishes - for $999.
