Fender Announces Hardtail Strat Bridge, Black Painted Headstock Options for Mod Shop Guitars
Fender's sweet Mod Shop options continue to grow with these additions.
Fender always likes to keep its Mod Shop updated with all sorts of interesting, customizable options, and today, it unveiled a couple of tantalizing new ones.
Now, guitarists interested in spec'ing their own Fenders can select hardtail bridges for their custom Stratocasters, an option previously available only on Robert Cray and Billy Corgan signature models.
Buyers can also now select Inca Silver finishes on alder-bodied instruments and black-painted headstocks. The finishes and hardtail bridges come at no extra charge, while the black-painted headstock will add another $50 to your total.
The new finishes and headstocks are available on the Stratocaster, Telecaster and Jazzmaster body shapes.
